3D Still Renderings for Taikoo Walkway Project in HongKong, designed by Hugh Dutton Associates, based in Paris, France

This walkway project was developed by Swire Properties, Located in Hongkong and designed by Hugh Dutton Associates from Paris, France. The design process starts in 2012, through multiple rounds of design iterations, and it has been under construction for now.

The walkways are situated in Taikoo Place, Hong Kong. Swire Properties' redevelopment of Taikoo Place is about bringing a new life to the Quarry Bay community, interconnecting the business environment with public activities and social context. The walkways are an important role in this grand mission connecting the new and existing buildings around Taikoo Place. They create a fluid but the discreet transition between the work environment and the garden with its peripheral amenities. The walkways will also play an important role in animating the garden and providing a promenade as well as direct passage to the green space. They are a symbolic expression of connecting and movement.
